Vincent Coakley, owner of Home Tech Inspections, is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and so is happy to also offer Engineering Services to our Home Tech clients.
This, along with our other ancillary services, gives a homeowner or potential home buyer the convenience of one-stop-shopping.
It also gives clients the assurance that their inspector is a professional who understands structures, systems and process.
Vincent Coakley first became a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in 1991. He is currently licensed in nineteen US States including New York and Connecticut, and is a member of both the New York State and National Societies of Professional Engineers.

Note that Home Tech Inspections Inc. is a Home Inspection Company and - because of the different licensing requirements of the two professions - does NOT offer Engineering Services directly.
